These are official badges created by Apple and Google that are free to use as linked images to direct people to your app listing.
You can place them in your email signature..
Tie them into your email content..
Or even edit them into your own images and GIFS to promote downloads of your mobile app.
So, here’s how you do this..
For each of the stores.. you need the same two things..
The badge image..
And, the URL to your Store Listing.
So for Apple..
Head to the Apple website and download the badge you need..
Then, head over to App Store Connect and select the app you want to promote..
Click on ‘App Information’..
And, scroll down to ‘Additional Information’..
Over here, select ‘View on App Store’..
This will take you to your App Store Listing, where you can copy the URL you’ll use to direct email subscribers to download your mobile app.
For the Google Play Store..
You’ll head to the Google Play website and download the badge of your choice..
And, grab the download link by heading to the Google Play Console..
Selecting the app you want to promote..
And then you’ll Select ‘View on Google Play’..
And, this routes you to your Google Play Store Listing, where you can copy the URL to use as the destination for your badge image.
And, it’s really as simple as that..
You have an official badge to send email subscribers over to your app listing.
